MP3 International Trading founded in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2005

MP3 International participates in ADIHEX – Abu Dhabi International Hunting & Equestrian Exhibition. Since then, MP3 International has taken part in ADIHEX annually.

2007

MP3 International participates in IDEX – International Defence Exhibition & Conference in Abu Dhabi. Since then, MP3 International has taken part in all IDEX editions.

2008

Newco Safety Technologies (NST) founded in Hamburg, Germany.

Since its founding, NST has participated in various international exhibitions – ADIHEX (UAE), IDEX (UAE), EUROSATORY (France), Defence and Security Equipment International, DSEI (UK), Milipol (France & Qatar), International Exhibition & Conference Law Enforcement, Security & Tactical Solutions, Enforce Tac (Germany), NSSF Shot Show (USA).

2010

MP3 International participates in the International Exhibition of National Security and Resilience (ISNR Abu Dhabi).

2013

MP3 Industrial Solutions founded in Al Ain, UAE.

MP3 International acquires majority share in NST and MP3 Deutschland is founded in Hamburg, Germany.

2015

MP3 Industrial Solutions participates in the Dubai Airshow.

2016

Tawazun and MP3 International establish Advanced Pyrotechnics (APT) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Lodge Showroom launched in Abu Dhabi.

2018

GradeOne founded in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2019

GradeOne acquires majority share in MP3 Group.

GradeOne acquires majority shareholding in APT.

MP3X (for sporting, hunting and lifestyle activities) established.
